הסיפור הזה הפך לסיפור המכונן, והרבה מכך קשור להיותו סיפור בעל משמעות אישית, לצד המשמעות הלאומית.
ברמה האישית, העבדות היא חלק בלתי נפרד מהקיום האנושי. העבדות הפיזית ואיתה העבדות הרוחנית לובשת ופושטת צורות בכל דור ודור, ועל כן מצווה אותנו ההגדה: “בכל דור ודור חייב אדם לראות את עצמו כאילו הוא יצא ממצרים.” המילה “אדם” מדגישה את האנושיות ואת חלקו של הפרט בסיפור הסיפור הלאומי. כדי לספר את הסיפור הלאומי, כל אחד צריך להרגיש את החוויה של העבדות.
זיכרון העבדות ותודעת העבדות מחייבת אותנו לבחון את עצמנו ברמה האישית – לאילו כבלים של עבדות אני כבול? ממה הייתי רוצה להשתחרר?
אך עלינו לשאול את עצמנו גם ברמה הלאומית – מה אנחנו יכולים לעדות כדי לשפר את עולמנו ולהפחית את העבדות בו?

עדכון חוברת אורחות חיים – צוות אורחות חיים, קיים עד כה ארבע ישיבות משותפות עם מנהלת הקיבוץ וצפויות עוד כשתי ישיבות נוספות. הצוות והמנהלת מבצעים עדכונים בחוברת בהתאם להחלטות שהתקבלו במהלך השנים 2011 ועד היום ועדכונים נוספים בהתאם לצורך. המלצות המנהלת וצוות אורחות חיים יובאו לדיון באסיפה ולאישור הקלפי.
מרפאת שיניים – הנהלת הקהילה קיימה דיון בנושא בריאות השן. ההנהלה דנה ביתרונות והחסרונות לפתיחת מרפאה במעגן מול התקשרות עם גורם חיצוני. שרהל’ה, שהשתתפה אף היא בדיון, הביעה שביעות רצון של החברים מהשירותים שמתקבלים בדגניה, רופאים טובים, היקף שירותים רחב, יחס בינאישי טוב, זמינות ועוד. בתום הדיון הוחלט לפנות למנהלת להעלאת הנושא לדיון חוזר באסיפה.
שיוך פירות נכסים – הצוות גיבש למעשה את הצעתו אך גם בנושא זה אנו תלויים בקבלת השמאות מרמ”י על מנת לוודא שהסכומים והשימושים המוצעים עומדים במבחן המציאות. השאיפה היא עד חגי תשרי להביא את ההצעה לאישור האסיפה והקלפי.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]הפרטת מי גינון פרטי – הצוות לומד את הנושא וקיים פגישות עם החברים מתוך מטרה להיות מוכנים ב-1.5.19. בימים הקרובים כל בית אב יקבל פירוט של המונים שלו וצריכת המים לשנת 2018.

אחראי צמ”ד – בימים אלה עמיעד ערב נכנס להחליף את ספיר בתפקיד מרכז צמ”ד. בהזדמנות זו נאמר תודה לספיר שסיים 4 שנים בתפקיד אותו עיצב ומילא בנאמנות רבה.
